Order Processing & Fulfilment

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

• In the event of high demand or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Information

• We currently only ship within the UK.

• We offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Shipping is charged at £2.50 (or free on orders over £70.00, if applicable).

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your order using the provided courier’s website.

Missed Deliveries & Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
